• Pick the party date and time. Parties generally last from 2 to 2½ hours.

• Organise the schedule for the day .eg: time of arrival, number of games, cutting of cake, time of departure.

• Book any special decorations or Balloon displays through 101 Events
• Buy prizes for games at 101 Events
• Don't forget to let siblings invite a friend for the day so they won't feel left out.

• Buy remaining food for party
• Check films, batteries and tapes for cameras/camcorders

• Prepare party area - decorations, balloons, games area, table layout etc
• Make the overall area safe
• Make the venue welcoming - balloons/banners at entrance.
