Terms and Conditions

Please read the following instructions before signing the rental agreement. These conditions are designed to ensure the safety of your children.

1. Bouncy castles can only be set up on a soft area such as grass & earth or indoors in a hall, space allowing. A direct & clear access to the property and adequate clearing for the inflatable is your responsibility.

2. In extremely poor weather conditions, we will telephone the hirer to see if they want the castle to be delivered. If they decide to cancel, before delivery and due to very bad weather, only then will we cancel free of charge. If however the castle is delivered and poor weather prevents the castle from being fully utilised, no refunds are payable.

3. The hirer is responsible for the safe keeping of the equipment and you will be charged for any damage caused or for any items missing upon collection. A charge will be made if any such loss are damage is incurred.

4. The hirer will be responsible for the safety of the people on it. Lack of supervision is the most common cause of accidents involving inflatables. The equipment must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

5. All extreme boisterous behaviour must be controlled. Do not allow anyone to sit on the sides, climb, swing or hang from the walls or beams of the inflatable. Make sure it is not overloaded at any time.

6. No more than 10 children on the inflatable at any one time. It is advised that children are organised into suitable groups so that children of a similar age/size/ability are playing together.

7. Bouncy Castles are strictly for children up to 12 years of age. Under no circumstances must any adult enter onto the castle as this may result in equipment damage.

8. Footwear or any other hard, sharp or dangerous objects which could cause damage to other children or the equipment (e.g. buckles, pens, glasses, etc.) should be removed. Food and drink is strictly forbidden.

9. Special care must be exercised during inflation and deflation. Nobody should be allowed onto the inflatable and onlookers should be kept well clear at these times.

10. Should the equipment fail for any reason, all children should be removed immediately to prevent injury or possible damage to the equipment.
